Nearly 19,000 turns of exams to learn about Trade Union resolutions in Lao Cai

On August 6, Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation informed that the online contest "Understanding the Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2026-2031; Resolution of the 1st Lao Cai Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030" attracted nearly 19,000 participants, contributing to spreading the study and thorough understanding of the resolution among officials, union members and workers.

Taking place from July 6 to 19, 2026, the contest is organized online with a set of 50 questions focusing on the core contents of the Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, the Resolution of the 1st Lao Cai Provincial Trade Union Congress, Resolution No. 02-NQ/TW of the Politburo and contents related to trade union activities.

The exam system is designed to be friendly, accessible on computers and smartphones, helping union members easily participate anytime, anywhere. This is also one of the activities promoting digital transformation in propaganda and dissemination of resolutions of the Trade Union organization.

To spread the contest widely, the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation has implemented many forms of communication such as building columns on the Electronic Information Portal, posting plans, regulations, and daily rankings; propaganda on digital platforms, social networks Facebook, Zalo of trade union levels.

According to the Organizing Committee, many units have a high rate of union members participating, such as the Provincial Social Insurance Grassroots Trade Union reaching 93%, Yen Binh Commune Trade Union reaching 76%, Bao Thang Commune Trade Union reaching 71%. Many union members participated in many rounds of competition to improve results, thereby consolidating knowledge about resolutions and policies of the Trade Union organization.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee proposed that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation award prizes to 9 collectives and 16 individuals with outstanding achievements, with a total prize value of 25.4 million VND.

In the coming time, the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation will continue to promote the study, thorough grasp and implementation of the Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress and the Resolution of the 1st Lao Cai Provincial Trade Union Congress, associated with the task of caring for, representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
