MobiFone Trade Union members respond to the contest to learn about labor safety and hygiene

In order to raise awareness, legal knowledge and skills in performing occupational safety and health work among union members and workers, the People's Police Trade Union (CAND) has issued Plan No. 233/KH-CĐ CAND dated May 19, 2026 on organizing the Online Contest to learn about occupational safety and health work in the CAND Trade Union and Document No. 331/TL-CĐ CAND dated July 6, 2026 issuing the Regulations of the Online Contest to learn about occupational safety and health work in the CAND Trade Union in 2026.

Implementing the guiding documents of the People's Police Trade Union, the Trade Union of MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation (MobiFone Trade Union) issued Official Dispatch No. 133/CD-MOBIFONE dated July 7, 2026, launching all trade union members in the Corporation to actively participate in the contest; and at the same time directing the Executive Committees of grassroots trade unions to coordinate with professional leaders to propagate, thoroughly grasp, and create favorable conditions for union members to participate fully, seriously, and ensure quality.

Immediately after the launch, MobiFone grassroots trade unions quickly implemented it in many creative forms such as propaganda on internal information portals, online working groups, fan pages, emails, organizing reminders, guiding how to participate in the contest and disseminating research materials. Many units also proactively arranged appropriate time for union members to participate in the contest, creating a lively learning emulation atmosphere throughout the system.

Through the preliminary round, MobiFone Trade Union had 80 contestants out of a total of 150 contestants of the People's Public Security Trade Union selected to participate in the essay exam.

At MobiFone, occupational safety and health are not only limited to production and business activities but are also associated with building a modern, civilized, and friendly working environment; protecting workers' health, minimizing occupational risks, improving the quality of human resources and the operational efficiency of enterprises.

In the context of MobiFone promoting digital transformation, applying science and technology and innovation, the requirement to build a safe working environment is becoming increasingly urgent. In addition to fully complying with the provisions of law, each union member also proactively updates knowledge and skills to identify unsafe risks, prevent work accidents, ensure electrical safety, fire safety, information safety, data protection, occupational health care and build a safety culture in each unit.
