Improving occupational safety and health skills for grassroots trade union officials in Quang Tri
Quang Tri - The Provincial Labor Federation organizes training to improve collective labor agreement negotiation skills and occupational safety and health for grassroots trade union officials.
On May 24, the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation said that it had just coordinated with Intermediate School of Technology - Tourism No. 10 to organize a training conference for grassroots trade union officials on collective labor agreements and occupational safety and health in 2026.
Participating in the conference, trainees were disseminated and exchanged many practical contents related to trade union activities at enterprises: Skills in negotiating and signing collective labor agreements; occupational safety and health of trade union organizations; processes of negotiating, negotiating, and signing collective labor agreements; skills in building terms that are more beneficial to workers.
In addition to imparting professional knowledge, reporters also directly answer many difficulties and obstacles arising in the actual activities of grassroots trade unions, helping trade union officials gain more experience in handling situations at enterprises.
Through the training class, grassroots trade union officials are equipped and further improve their knowledge and skills to promote the role of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
