Hung Yen - Workers of Viet Tri Thai Binh Garment Joint Stock Company participate in the "Self-management Group on security and order" model to maintain safety in the enterprise.

Viet Tri Thai Binh Garment Joint Stock Company currently has about 2,200 workers, operating in the field of garment export, headquartered in Nguyen Xa village, Quynh Phu commune, Hung Yen province. The enterprise is located near DT455 road with a large traffic volume, posing a potential complex risk for traffic safety.

Faced with that reality, Quynh Phu Commune Police advised and guided the Board of Directors of Viet Tri Garment Joint Stock Company to establish the "Self-management Group on security and order" model in the enterprise.

The self-management team consists of 15 members who are workers and responsible and reputable officials, operating under the direction of the Model Steering Committee and professional guidance of Quynh Phu Commune Police. The team has the task of grasping the security and order situation in the company; propagating and mobilizing workers to comply with the law and labor regulations; proactively preventing, detecting, and preventing violations of the law in enterprises.

In addition, this force also participates in protecting the safety of business assets, ensuring traffic order and safety, and fire prevention and fighting at the workplace.

Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Trung - Head of Quynh Phu Commune Police acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactiveness of businesses in building the "Self-management Group for Security and Order" model.

He requested the company's Board of Directors and the Model Steering Committee to continue to promote legal propaganda for workers, helping workers grasp regulations associated with production and business activities; and at the same time raise vigilance against bad and toxic information in cyberspace.

Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Trung also emphasized that members participating in the model need to promote their core role in grasping the situation, receiving reports, becoming a bridge between businesses and the police force, contributing to maintaining security and order at the grassroots level.
