Establishment of grassroots trade union of CKC-KS Co., Ltd. in Cao Bang

On May 26, the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation said that the unit had just organized a conference to announce the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of CKC-KS Co., Ltd. in Bao Lam commune, and at the same time admitted 118 workers to the Vietnam Trade Union organization.

Attending the conference were Mr. Be Dang Khoa, Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation; leaders of the Bao Lam Commune Party Committee; representatives of businesses and a large number of union members and workers.

At the conference, the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation announced the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of CKC-KS Co., Ltd. in Bao Lam commune; recognized the Executive Committee, Inspection Committee and trade union titles of the company.

According to the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation, the establishment of grassroots trade unions at enterprises is of great significance in gathering, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers; and at the same time contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations at enterprises.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Be Dang Khoa requested the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union to quickly stabilize the organization, build operating regulations; promote the role of representing and accompanying workers and businesses.

The Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation also emphasized that grassroots trade unions need to strengthen propaganda of the Party's guidelines, policies, laws of the State and the Trade Union Law to union members and workers.

At the same time, grassroots trade unions need to coordinate with businesses to fully implement regimes on salaries, social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for employees.

In addition, trade unions need to promote labor and production emulation movements, contributing to improving the efficiency of production and business activities of enterprises.

On the occasion of Workers' Month 2026, the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation presented 20 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, each worth 800,000 VND, with a total value of 16 million VND.
