Cao Bang Trade Union strengthens care for union members and workers
Cao Bang - The Provincial Labor Federation has just officially opened the CNVCLĐ Football Tournament, along with which the unit has many activities to care for workers.
On the morning of April 24, at the Provincial Sports and Art Training and Competition Center, the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation organized the Opening Ceremony of the 2026 Workers, Civil Servants and Laborers (CNVCLĐ) Football Tournament in a lively and exciting atmosphere.
The tournament gathers 8 teams with 112 athletes from grassroots trade unions, representing many agencies, units, and businesses in the area.
This is a practical activity to celebrate major holidays April 30 - May 1 and towards the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union, while contributing to improving spiritual life and strengthening solidarity among union members and workers.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation emphasized the meaning of the tournament in promoting the movement of physical training and sports, and requested the teams to compete with the spirit of "Solidarity - Honesty - Nobility".

Immediately after the opening ceremony, the opening matches took place enthusiastically. The tournament lasts from April 23 to 25, promising many exciting matches.
In parallel with sports activities, trade union levels in Cao Bang province also promote many activities to care for and support union members and workers.
Previously, on April 10, a working delegation of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation in coordination with the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation visited and provided support to the family of union member Luc Van Thuan - a worker who unfortunately died in a labor accident, with a total support amount of more than 60 million VND from support sources.

Following that, on April 22, the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation coordinated with the Department of Home Affairs to visit and encourage union member Hoang Thi Hoa - a worker who suffered a labor accident and is being treated, and at the same time provide support and request businesses to fully implement regimes and policies for workers.
The activities clearly show the role of trade union organizations in caring for and protecting the rights of workers, especially during Workers' Month and Action Month on occupational safety and health in 2026, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations in the area.
