Quang Ngai Sugar Factory takes care of workers

On April 23, the Trade Union of Quang Ngai Sugar Joint Stock Company said that the unit was honored to be awarded a certificate of merit by the Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee for achieving outstanding achievements in occupational safety and health in 2025.

This is a meaningful recognition, and also a motivation for the company to continue to improve the safe working environment and pay better attention to employees in the coming time.

At An Khe Sugar Factory (under Quang Ngai Sugar Joint Stock Company), in the past time, the unit has always taken good care of the lives of workers, especially at the end of the production season.

Currently, all regular workers (CNLĐ) in the factory are 656 people, 100% are trade union members.

An Khe Sugar Factory has a large production scale nationwide, currently purchasing sugarcane raw materials in localities of Gia Lai province, including An Khe, Kbang, Kong Bo La, and Dak Po areas.

An Khe Sugar Factory also solves jobs and stabilizes the lives of hundreds of workers. Every year, the Factory Trade Union and the General Director of Quang Ngai Sugar Joint Stock Company sign collective labor agreements between business owners and workers; 100% of workers are paid social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance according to the provisions of law.

Every Tet holiday, the company gives gifts and buys bus tickets for workers to return to their hometowns for Tet. In addition, the company also spends money to buy personal health insurance for employees at a rate of 200,000 VND/person/year.

During Workers' Month, the factory often organizes trips for hundreds of trade union members to visit some tourist destinations, to create motivation and enthusiastic spirit for labor and production.
