Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province presents gifts to workers

On the afternoon of April 22, a delegation from the province led by Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province - visited and grasped the production, life, and employment situation of union members and workers at Cooler Master Production Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) belonging to Gia Binh Industrial Park.

Accompanying him were representatives of the Provincial Labor Federation and the Provincial Industrial Parks Authority. This is a program within the plan to implement activities to grasp the difficulties and obstacles of businesses and workers in the face of fluctuations in input raw material and fuel prices; at the same time, integrating to respond to this year's Workers' Month. Thereby, proposing solutions to accompany, support, and contribute to stabilizing production, ensuring jobs and income for workers.

According to the enterprise's report, Cooler Master Production Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) was established in November 2023, is a 100% Singapore-invested enterprise. The enterprise is currently implementing phase 2 with a total expected capital of about 6 trillion VND, striving to put it into production by the end of 2027. The unit has just been approved by the Provincial People's Committee for a dormitory construction project for workers, expected to be completed in 2028.

Currently, the company has nearly 1.3 thousand union members and employees; the average income is from 8 - 13 million VND/person/month. The grassroots trade union was established in January 2025 with 100% of employees participating, regularly organizing dialogues, taking care of life, and protecting the legitimate rights of employees.

Over the past time, in the context of the market having many fluctuations and increasing input material costs, businesses have still made efforts to maintain stable production, ensuring jobs and income for workers.

Speaking here, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha thanked the business for their concern and creating all favorable conditions, especially improving the working environment so that workers can feel secure in working and sticking together for a long time. In the coming time, with the goal of expanding the factory's scale, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha requested the company to continue to maintain the best salary policies and welfare regimes, and gradually improve the material and spiritual life of workers.

For workers, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha wishes them to consider businesses as their second home, continue to contribute to their work, increase labor productivity, for their own income and the sustainable development of the business.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha proposed that trade union organizations, especially grassroots enterprise trade unions, grasp the thoughts and aspirations; protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; support difficult cases, help them feel secure in working and attached.
