Paying more attention to workers

Right from the beginning of April 2026, representatives of the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Company (Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, Tran Bien ward, Dong Nai province) presented support gifts to 1,200 union members in difficult circumstances (each gift included 2 bags of 5kg rice and 1 box of 48 boxes of milk).

This is the earliest activity organized in the series of activities organized by the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Company, to celebrate the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2026), celebrate the 140th anniversary of International Labor Day (May 1, 1886 - May 1, 2026) and respond to "Workers' Month 2026". The series of activities is implemented with the goal of improving welfare and supporting and encouraging union members and workers working at the company, organized by the Trade Union in coordination with the Company's Board of Directors.

Mr. Dinh Sy Phuc - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Company - said that with the number of company workers of more than 34,000 people, the trade union coordinates with the company's board of directors to organize programs to care for union members and employees that will be implemented successively from now until the end of May 2026.

TKG Taekwang Vina Company has also announced the April 2026 holiday schedule and the April 30 - May 1 holiday bonus including 4 days and announced the April 30 and May 1 holiday bonus with a bonus level of 300,000 VND/person.

The Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Company also presented gifts to all workers on the occasion of Hung Kings Commemoration Day and Workers' Month 2026, each gift included: 1 set of cups, 1 bottle of 2-liter cooking oil and 4 packs of milk.

Similarly, Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company, Thong Nhat commune, Dong Nai province has announced the holiday schedule for Hung Kings Commemoration and April 30 - May 1 for 3 days; at the same time, announced bonuses with a bonus level of 300,000 VND/person. According to a representative of the leadership of Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company, the company is expanding production and is recruiting a large number of employees. Therefore, the company regularly organizes many activities to enhance welfare for employees.

Organize care activities throughout from April to May

According to the Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation, in addition to activities to care for union members and workers organized widely and continuously by trade union levels from the beginning of April to now to celebrate April 30 and May 1, trade union levels in the province have also deployed the organization of activities in Workers' Month 2026 to care for union members and workers such as: Supporting workers in difficult circumstances, awarding scholarships to workers' children, organizing Tet Labor markets...

Activities to respond to the Action Month for Occupational Safety and Health 2026 taking place from May 1 to May 31, striving for 50% or more of grassroots trade unions to have at least 1 activity to respond to the Occupational Safety and Health Month, visit, encourage, and give gifts to union members and workers who have had labor accidents, serious illnesses, and are in difficult circumstances.

Grassroots trade unions proactively propose dialogue content, collective negotiation, focusing on working hours, rest and ensuring labor safety and hygiene; coordinate with businesses to build health care procedures, occupational disease prevention and communication to workers.

Upper-level trade unions guide units to promote propaganda before, during and after Workers' Month, Action Month on OSH 2026 in many forms such as banners, slogans, loudspeakers... suitable to the reality of each locality and enterprise.
