Vietnamese textile and garment workers voluntarily donate blood
Hanoi - The Vietnam Textile and Garment Trade Union said that the unit has coordinated to organize the Voluntary Blood Donation Day in the Northern region.
Accordingly, the Vietnam Textile and Garment Trade Union coordinated with the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Vietnam Textile and Garment Group and the Blood Transfusion Center of Viet Duc Friendship Hospital to organize the Voluntary Blood Donation Day in the Northern region at Long Bien Vocational College.
The festival took place with the message "Each drop of blood given, one life left behind" with 472 officials, union members, and workers from 12 units registering to participate and the Organizing Committee received 356 units of blood.
This is an annual activity of the Vietnam Textile and Garment Trade Union. It is expected that the Blood Donation Day in the Northern region will continue to be organized at Tien Hung Joint Stock Company; the Central region will be implemented during Workers' Month at Hue Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company and Hoa Tho Textile and Garment Corporation; the Southern region will be organized at Nguyen Tat Thanh University (May 2026) and Phong Phu Joint Stock Corporation (September 2026).
