Officials, civil servants, and employees participate in voluntary blood donation
Khanh Hoa - Voluntary Blood Donation Day attracts a large number of officials, civil servants, public employees, workers and people to participate.
On April 13, the Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation Mobilization of Nam Nha Trang ward organized the Voluntary Blood Donation Day in response to the National Blood Donation Day (April 7), attracting a large number of officials, civil servants, public employees, workers and people to participate.
At the program, more than 200 volunteers directly donated blood, receiving nearly 200 units of blood, contributing to supplementing blood sources for emergency and treatment at medical facilities.
Representatives of the Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation Mobilization of Nam Nha Trang ward said that voluntary blood donation activities not only show the spirit of mutual affection but also contribute to raising community awareness about this noble gesture.
In addition to the above blood donation campaign, from now until the end of 2026, the Red Cross Society of Nam Nha Trang ward is expected to organize 2 more voluntary blood donation campaigns in July and October.
The unit sets a goal to mobilize people to actively participate, striving to receive at least 300 units of blood.
Through blood donation campaigns, the locality expects to spread the spirit of compassion. Thereby, contributing to building a responsible community, ready to share for the health of patients.
