Immediately after receiving the information, the commune police force urgently arrived at the scene, organized inspection, verification and deployed rescue measures.

Through initial verification, the victim was ALBERT (born 1993, Spanish nationality), traveling alone. The cause was determined to be that the pass road was winding, slippery, and visibility was only about 5m, causing the victim to fall off his motorbike on his own.

At the scene, the victim had a broken left collarbone, many abrasions on his body, and could not move on his own. The police force performed initial first aid and quickly took the victim to the commune health station for treatment.
