At the conference, representatives of the leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province informed delegates about Notice No. 251 dated March 24, 2026 of the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee on introducing Mr. Mai Van Tuat - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province to be elected to hold the position of Head of the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies of Ninh Binh province, 16th term.
