Promoting union member development

News from the Trade Union of Ngu Hanh Son Ward, Da Nang City on April 12th said: The Trade Union of Ngu Hanh Son Ward coordinates with the Ward Business Association to organize the signing of a coordination program for the period 2026-2028.

Attending the signing were Ms. Mai Thi Anh Hong - City Party Committee Member, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Ward People's Council; Ms. Vo Thi Bao Huong - Member of the Executive Committee of the Da Nang City Labor Federation, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee; Member of the Executive Committee of the Ward Trade Union, term I; Executive Committee of the Ward Business Association.

According to the signed content, the two units will focus on coordinating to well implement a number of key tasks such as: Promoting propaganda and political and ideological education for union members and workers; thoroughly grasping and implementing the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, the Resolutions of Trade Union Congresses at all levels and the tasks of the Trade Union organization.

Promote the work of building a strong Trade Union organization, improve the quality of activities of the Executive Committee, and focus on developing union members and fostering grassroots Trade Union officials.

Coordinate to organize patriotic emulation movements, focusing on the movement "Good labor, creative labor", building cultural agencies and units, and a green - clean - beautiful working environment.

Strengthen activities to care for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers, especially during holidays, Tet, Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health.

Coordinate to organize cultural, artistic, sports, exchange, and learning activities to improve spiritual life and strengthen solidarity and attachment between units.

Trade unions support businesses for sustainable development

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Ms. Mai Thi Anh Hong - City Party Committee Member, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Ngu Hanh Son ward congratulated the two units on successfully signing the cooperation program.

This is a practical event concretizing the Resolutions and Action Programs of Party committees at all levels on implementing Resolution No. 20-NQ/TW of the 10th Central Committee of the Party on "Continuing to build the Vietnamese working class in the period of accelerating industrialization and modernization of the country" and Resolution No. 02-NQ/TW dated June 12, 2021 of the Politburo on innovating the organization and operation of Vietnam Trade Unions in the new situation.

The signed program will strengthen the coordination relationship between the Trade Union organization and the Ward Business Association in caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; and at the same time supporting sustainable business development.

Representing the unit participating in signing, Chairman of Ngu Hanh Son Ward Trade Union, Mr. Nguyen Van Minh affirmed that he will concretize the program content with practical plans and activities, close to the actual situation of the locality and unit, ensuring synchronous and effective deployment and having preliminary and final reviews, periodic assessments.

The signing ceremony of the coordination program between the Ward Trade Union and the Ngu Hanh Son Ward Business Association is an important milestone, showing the spirit of solidarity, cooperation and determination to innovate trade union activities, contributing to building an increasingly strong Trade Union organization, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
