Quan Thanh Commune Trade Union strengthens financial inspection of grassroots trade unions
Nghe An - Quan Thanh Commune Trade Union inspects finances at 19 grassroots trade unions, contributing to tightening discipline, improving transparency and efficiency in using funds.
On March 19, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the Quan Thanh Commune Trade Union has developed a plan and organized a peer-to-peer financial inspection for 2025 in accordance with regulations.
Previously, from March 11 to March 17, 2026, the inspection team worked at 19 grassroots trade unions. The inspection content focused on financial management and use; collection, spending, deduction and payment of funds; document storage and compliance with trade union organization regulations.
The inspection results showed that the majority of grassroots trade unions performed well in financial work, ensuring publicity and transparency, using funds for the right purpose and proactively taking care of union members' lives. However, there are still some shortcomings such as timely records, unscientific dossier storage, and incomplete expenditure procedures. The inspection team directly guided, reminded, and requested units to promptly rectify.
The inspection campaign contributes to improving the responsibility of management and use of trade union finances, tightening discipline, consolidating the trust of union members, towards building an increasingly strong, transparent and effective trade union organization.
