Hue City Labor Federation supervises salary payment and Tet bonuses for workers
HUE - After the working session with the Hue City Labor Federation, the enterprise committed to paying the December salary, Tet bonus and covering insurance debts.
On January 17, the Hue City Labor Federation said it had just chaired a working session with Phuong Minh Joint Stock Company and related agencies to review the implementation of policies and regimes for workers.
At the meeting, representatives of Phuong Minh Joint Stock Company pledged to complete the payment of December 2025 salary and Lunar New Year bonus for employees before Tet. The Tet bonus is equal to half a month's salary according to the salary level of each worker.
Regarding social insurance obligations, the enterprise commits to implementing the roadmap for insurance debt repayment according to the agreement with the social insurance agency. Specifically, the company will transfer 200 million VND to pay health insurance, ensuring medical examination and treatment benefits for employees. From January 2026, the company will pay monthly insurance premiums in accordance with regulations.
Also at the meeting, the Hue City Labor Federation said that the Trade Union of Phuong Minh Joint Stock Company will organize a conference to strengthen the Executive Committee of the Trade Union on January 18, 2026 to stabilize the organization, strengthen the representative role, and protect the rights of workers.
