Hue Trade Union improves the effectiveness of women's work, cares for female workers

On January 5, the Hue City Labor Federation (Hue City Labor Federation) said that in the period of 2023-2025, women's work at all levels of the city's Trade Union will continue to be effectively implemented, focusing on propaganda, education, and mobilizing female union members and workers to implement the Party's policies, the State's laws and policies and regulations of the Trade Union organization, especially the regimes related to female and child labor.

The rights of female workers are cared for through activities to care for jobs, life, improve working conditions, raise salaries, raise ranks, maternity benefits and support for raising young children.

The female employee- employee movement has been innovated with many rich activities, linking the movement "Good at public work - Good at housework" with the campaign "Women actively study, work creatively, build happy families".

Many practical care models continue to be maintained such as " Milk collection and storage room", " chatting with the Executive Board", " Reproductive health club and labor law", program "Parenting for comprehensive development of children".

Along with that, the work of consolidating and improving the quality of the Women's Union activities has been focused on; up to now, 30 Mass Women's Unions have been established, promoting the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of female union members and workers.

Coordination activities between the Trade Union and the City Women's Union have been effectively implemented through programs such as "Ao Dai Week", "Ao Dai Giving, Sending Love", "Sparming Mother" program, the campaign "Building a 5-no, 3-clean family", associated with the training of the qualities of "Confidence - Self-respect - Midwife - Daring" of Vietnamese women.
