Inspection and supervision are focused on in trade union activities

On January 9, information from the Ha Tinh Labor Federation said that in 2025, the unit's Inspection Committee organized 863 inspections and supervisions, thereby discovering many violations, protecting the legitimate and legal rights of union members and workers.

In 2025, the Inspection Committee advised the Standing Committee and the Provincial Labor Federation to issue an inspection, supervision program and a Plan to implement the work of preventing and combating corruption, negativity, practicing thrift, and combating waste in all levels of trade unions. 100% of trade unions at the grassroots level directly above the grassroots level will develop an inspection and supervision plan in 2025.

As a result of 2025, the whole province will organize 863 inspections and supervisions: the provincial level conducts 1 peer-level financial inspection, supervising 19 inspections; the trade union at the direct superior level at the grassroots level has 176 inspections; the grassroots trade union has 667 inspections. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor supervises the management and handover of finance and assets at the trade union at the grassroots level after the end of activities in accordance with regulations.

Receive and resolve 2 petitions, advise 415 employees on contracts, salaries, bonuses, overtime; coordinate with 3 enterprises to have petitions to reflect, promptly handle, ensure legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees.

Inspection activities have contributed to helping Executive Committees and Standing Committees of trade unions at all levels innovate the content and methods of operation in a focused, key, and scientific direction; the management of trade union financial revenue and expenditure is increasingly disciplined and in accordance with regulations; funding sources are balanced, ensuring good service for trade union activities.
