Inspecting and supervising 30 grassroots trade unions to improve the quality of trade union activities

With the goal of improving the effectiveness of grassroots trade union activities, the Inspection Committee of the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor conducts inspections and supervision to promptly detect and prevent violations in compliance with the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union, as well as the management and use of trade union finance and assets.

To achieve this goal, the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor issued Plan No. 01/KH-UBKT dated August 28, 2025 to inspect 15 grassroots trade unions and supervise 15 grassroots trade unions in the area in the third and fourth quarters of 2025.

These grassroots trade unions are located in the pre-merged areas of Vinh Long, Ben Tre and Tra Vinh provinces, with each locality having 5 inspection trade unions and 5 supervision trade unions.

The inspection content includes: the implementation of resolutions of higher-level trade unions, the development of union members, the care of union members and workers; the implementation of collection and management of the use of public finance and assets.

The working schedule for September 2025 has been announced, accordingly, inspection activities will take place at 8 trade unions in Vinh Long and Ben Tre, including units such as Kisoo - Chau Thy LLC, Neobags Vietnam LLC, Jy ViNa LLC and a number of other companies.

Indirect supervision activities will be carried out at the remaining 8 grassroots trade unions, ensuring that all units are fully and transparently monitored and evaluated.

The inspection and supervision are implemented in accordance with the instructions of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, contributing to improving the effectiveness of trade union activities, promptly detecting limitations and shortcomings and strengthening the management of trade union finance and assets.
