Establishing a grassroots trade union with 131 union members in Vinh Long
Vinh Long - The grassroots union of FUHUA Garment Company Limited has just been established with 131 union members, contributing to building harmonious labor relations.
On September 10, the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor (VFF) held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish a grassroots union at FUHUA Garment Company Limited.
According to Decision No. 84/QD-LDLD, the Trade Union of FUHUA Garment Company was officially recognized and is under the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor.
The provisional Executive Committee consists of 5 members, Mr. Tran Le Minh Nhut holds the position of Chairman, the Inspection Committee consists of 3 members, also established, chaired by Ms. Mai Thi My Dien.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Dung - Vice President of the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor - congratulated the establishment of the FUHUA Garment Company's Trade Union, and emphasized that this is a testament to the companionship between workers and businesses.
Ms. Dung suggested that the Executive Committee soon stabilize the organization and closely coordinate with the board of directors to take care of the lives of union members.
