Vinh Long Trade Union inspects compliance with the Charter at enterprises in fiscal year 2025

According to the plan of the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation, from April 6 to 10, many key activities will be implemented, focusing on inspection and supervision at the grassroots level.

Specifically, from April 7 to 9, the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation conducted an inspection of the compliance with the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union for the 2025 term at the grassroots trade union of Ty Bach Co., Ltd.; and at the same time inspected the management and use of trade union finances and assets at New Hope Vinh Long Company.

The Provincial Labor Federation decided to establish a Steering Committee and a Working Group to develop union members and establish grassroots trade unions in the 2026-2030 period; continue to appraise dossiers and procedures for establishing ward and commune trade unions and developing union members.

During the week, the unit also organized a conference to announce the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Hai Han Footwear Production and Trading Co., Ltd. with 55 union members; issued a plan to survey the business operation situation to mobilize union member development and establish grassroots trade unions.

In addition, the Provincial Labor Federation develops a plan to propagate the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2026-2031; deploy activities to celebrate the 140th anniversary of International Labor Day May 1st; prepare to organize the Launching Ceremony of Workers' Month and respond to the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026.
