Vinh Long Trade Union organizes Ho Chi Minh thought study contest

According to the weekly report from March 30 to April 5, Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation currently manages 626 grassroots trade unions and professional unions with more than 174,000 union members, continuing to implement many key activities.

The Standing Committee and the Standing Board of the Provincial Labor Federation attended many important conferences of the province and the Central Government; coordinated to organize activities to contribute policy advice, develop union members and establish new grassroots trade unions.

The unit organized a conference to summarize trade union activities in the first quarter of 2026 associated with summarizing major resolutions and programs, attracting about 350 delegates to attend.

Notably, from April 2 to 5, the Provincial Labor Federation organized a thematic activity conference for the first quarter of 2026 combined with a contest to learn about Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style. The contest is themed "Building Vinh Long culture and people in the new era according to Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style", contributing to raising awareness and responsibility of officials and union members.

The Provincial Trade Union continues to promote the development of union members, mobilize the establishment of grassroots trade unions; implement the plan for Workers' Month and Action Month on occupational safety and health in 2026.

The activities are organized synchronously, contributing to improving the quality of trade union activities and better caring for the lives of workers in the area.
