Grassroots trade union organizes health check-ups for 170 workers

On April 7, Mr. Le Chau Hoai Nhat, Chairman of the grassroots trade union of Lang Biang Land Tourism Service Co., Ltd. (located in Lang Biang ward - Da Lat) said that the unit had just coordinated with businesses to organize free health check-ups for union members and workers.

All union members and workers are screened for respiratory, cardiovascular, and eye diseases; and also undergo in-depth examinations for occupational diseases.

From the health check results, the team of doctors and nurses has advised on health care and prescribed medicine for union members and workers when diseases are detected.

From there, each union member and worker has appropriate care measures to ensure health for labor and production.

According to Mr. Le Chau Hoai Nhat, the grassroots trade union of Lang Biang Land Tourism Service Co., Ltd. was established and went into operation from May 2025.

This is a practical activity, showing the care of the trade union organization for union members, helping workers understand their health status.

Since having the Trade Union organization, the care and protection of the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers has been constantly improved.

Thanks to that, union members and workers are assured to work, attached to businesses, contributing to increasing income," Mr. Nhat said.
