Vinh Long Trade Union inspects compliance with the Charter at Ty Bach Company in the 2025 fiscal year

On April 7, the working delegation of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation organized an inspection of the compliance with the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union at the Grassroots Trade Union of Ty Bach Co., Ltd.

The inspection team was headed by Comrade Nguyen Phuc Linh, Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Provincial Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, directly directing and administering the entire inspection content.

The inspection team conducted a review of the work of developing and managing union members; the implementation of the operating regulations of the Executive Committee; training and fostering of trade union officials at the grassroots level.

At the same time, the inspection team inspected the development of regulations on coordination with employers; negotiation, signing and implementation of collective labor agreements; implementation of grassroots democracy regulations at enterprises.

In addition, the inspection content also focuses on caring for and protecting the rights of union members and workers; propaganda, emulation, and commendation; women's activities and management and use of trade union finances.

The inspection time is 3 working days, from April 7 to the end of April 9. If necessary, the Head of the delegation can adjust the time according to the inspection content.
