Timely support of more than 61 million VND for union members in difficult circumstances at Cypress Shoe Company
Nghe An - The Trade Union of Cypress Vietnam Shoe Company mobilized donations of more than 61 million VND to support union members facing difficulties, spreading the spirit of mutual affection.
On April 8, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that in order to promptly support union members facing difficulties, in the past time, the Trade Union of Cypress Vietnam Shoe Company has launched a campaign for officials and employees to donate and support Ms. Tran Thi Chan (Inxoa department) who unfortunately encountered health problems.
After a period of calling, the total amount of donations reached 61,667,000 VND. This is a practical gesture, showing the spirit of solidarity and sharing of the collective of employees in the company.
Currently, Ms. Chan has returned home, but is still being monitored and treated related to brain injury at Bach Mai Hospital (Hanoi).
Trade union representatives said that the timely care and support of officials and employees not only helps reduce the burden of costs but is also a great source of spiritual encouragement, helping union members and their families have more faith and willpower to overcome difficult periods.
The above activities continue to affirm the role of trade union organizations in caring for and protecting the rights and lives of union members and workers, contributing to building a cohesive and humane working environment in enterprises.
