According to Ms. Le Thuy Tien - Vice Chairwoman of Phu Thuan Ward Trade Union - The digital map for managing grassroots trade unions has many outstanding functions. The digital map visually displays the location of grassroots trade unions on the map, helping to easily track and manage by area.

At the same time, integrate detailed information of each unit, including: unit name, address, field of operation, number of union members, specific information of the Executive Committee and operating situation. Thereby, helping to quickly search, search by unit name or classify by industry group, helping to save time in management work.

Digital maps also flexibly update data, allowing adjustment and supplementation of information when there are changes, ensuring that data is always accurate, timely and supports statistics and reporting work, effectively serving the direction and administration of the Ward Trade Union.

The implementation of the Digital Map for grassroots trade union management is not only about applying technology, but also about innovating management thinking, helping trade unions operate more scientifically, transparently and effectively.

At the ceremony, Mr. Pham Chi Tam - Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation - said that after merging 3 localities, the Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union is currently managing a large number of union members and grassroots trade unions, with a very large workload while personnel are reduced. Therefore, digital transformation in management and administration activities is extremely important.
