Trade union organizes a program to accompany professionals
In order to connect internally and improve labor productivity, the VNPT Tay Ninh Trade Union has just successfully organized the program "Saturday - accompanying the frontline".
The program organized by the VNPT Tay Ninh Trade Union - VNPT Trade Union (under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology) has connected a large number of officials, employees, and workers between offices and functional departments.
The program also includes the Board of Directors and the Youth Union of VNPT Tay Ninh.
According to the Tay Ninh VNPT Trade Union, the launching program is of strategic significance and is implemented drastically with 3 key objectives: Supporting the frontline: Accelerating the progress of completing the unit's production and business targets; focusing on improving network quality and customer experience; deploying propaganda and mobilization to collect wages without labor and direct customer care in localities. Internal understanding: Creating conditions for the bloc to indirectly experience the reality of work in the area, thereby optimizing processes and improving the effectiveness of internal coordination. Linking: Building a dynamic, approachable image of leadership and office staff, ready to share and accompany the direct labor force.
The "September Day - Accompanying the Leading Lines" program organized by the VNPT Tay Ninh Trade Union has closed with many positive results, not only directly contributing to business goals but also fostering core culture, adding motivation for VNPT Tay Ninh to be determined to excellently complete targets in the coming time.
