5 key tasks of VNPT AI Trade Union in the period 2026-2030
The Executive Committee of VNPT AI Trade Union for the 2026-2030 term has just held a launching ceremony and announced 5 key tasks of the trade union.
The ceremony was attended by leaders of VNPT Group, leaders of VNPT Trade Union and more than 200 officials, employees, and workers of VNPT AI Company.
At the ceremony, the Executive Committee of VNPT AI Company's Trade Union for the 2026-2030 term proposed specific action programs, committed to performing well the role of accompanying, sharing and connecting within the organization; representing and caring for, protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of employees. At the same time, it is a reliable bridge between employees and businesses, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.

According to the VNPT AI Trade Union, the key goals and tasks to be implemented in the 2026-2030 term include: Caring for and building a creative working environment; accompanying professional development of human resources; creativity and breakthrough; VNPT AI smart trade union; spreading VNPT culture.
