VNPT AI Trade Union officially launched with practical action programs

After the launch ceremony, the Executive Committee of the VNPT AI Company Trade Union for the 2026-2030 term also issued specific action programs, committing to perform well the role of accompanying, sharing and connecting internally; representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of employees; and at the same time being a reliable bridge between employees and businesses, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations, uniting the entire team to constantly strive to bring the unit to breakthrough development, as well as contribute to the growth of the Group.

Speaking at the ceremony, leaders of VNPT Trade Union expressed their belief in the youthful action programs of VNPT AI Trade Union, expecting the team of employees and workers of the Company to be truly reassured by the practical care policies of the Trade Union organization, together building an effective connecting space, building an organization where each person is cared for, connected and fully developed; uniting the entire team to strive for creative labor, together towards sustainable development values.

On this occasion, the VNPT AI Trade Union also officially established and launched a number of cultural and sports clubs in the unit such as badminton, football, table tennis, e-sports... These are considered new "touch points", contributing to making the lives of employees more lively, more connected every day, and are "connecting nuclei" in the internal life of VNPT AI employees.

Right before the ceremony, leaders of the Group, leaders of VNPT Trade Union and delegates visited and experienced Creative Space areas - which are creative and modern working spaces of VNPT AI Company with an open and flexible working environment, where ideas are sparked, connected and constantly developed. Along with that is the physical training area of Company employees, with many utilities contributing to improving the experience and life for employees, training health and balancing minds, helping to increase cohesion in the collective as well as regenerating energy after working hours for employees. These areas are not just creative spaces, but also help orient the construction of technology businesses - with the spirit of putting employees at the center, each employee is given the best conditions to promote their capacity, nurture the spirit of innovation and dedication. /.
