Lao Cai Trade Union spreads studying Uncle Ho, honoring 17 advanced examples
Lao Cai - After 5 years of implementing Conclusion 01-KL/TW, trade union levels have recorded many good models and creative ways of working from the grassroots level.
Towards the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026) and to celebrate the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union, Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation issued a 5-year preliminary review plan for implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW.
This is a widespread political activity to honor the noble ethical values and affirm the bravery of union members and workers in the area.
The preliminary review is not just a report of data but also associated with a series of important events of 2026: Welcoming the XI Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the XIV Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union for the term 2025 - 2030; responding to the peak of Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026.
Through this, Trade Union levels will comprehensively assess the results of implementing Conclusion 01-KL/TW and Directive 05-CT/TW, clarify good models and creative ways of doing things to determine breakthrough tasks for the next stage, contributing to building a strong Trade Union organization in the spirit of the 14th Party Congress Resolution.
The highlight of the Plan is the discovery and commendation of typical advanced collectives and individuals from the grassroots level. These are dedicated and devoted trade union officials for union members; or simple ethical examples of affection in everyday life of union members and workers studying and following Uncle Ho.
Accordingly, the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation is expected to award thematic Certificates of Merit to 17 collectives and individuals with the most outstanding achievements (April 20).
These are typical "flowers" in studying and following President Ho Chi Minh, with effective models and great spread in the community.
In addition, the trade union selected the most outstanding examples to propose to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for commendation to affirm the contributions of trade union officials and union members, Lao Cai workers on the national emulation map.
