Lao Cai Trade Union promotes union member development in Cam Duong
Lao Cai - Through working at Cam Duong, many solutions were agreed upon to remove obstacles and expand the trade union organization.
On April 9, the Trade Union of Cam Duong ward informed that the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation had just worked with the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward to remove difficulties, unify solutions to develop union members and improve the efficiency of trade union activities.
At the working session, the parties assessed the results of coordination in the past time, and at the same time identified key tasks for 2026.
In which, emphasizing the requirement to strengthen the leadership role of Party committees in trade union activities; effectively implement Directive No. 14-CT/TU and Project No. 02-DA/TU of the Provincial Party Committee on developing trade union organizations and socio-political organizations in non-state-owned enterprises.
Along with that, the work of building a contingent of trade union officials continues to be emphasized; promoting the development of union members, establishing grassroots trade unions; strictly implementing the deduction and payment of trade union funds; paying attention to introducing outstanding union members to the Party for consideration and admission.
The working session contributed to strengthening coordination between trade union organizations and local Party committees and authorities; promptly grasping the situation, removing obstacles, thereby improving the quality of trade union activities in the new period.
