Establishment of grassroots trade union at enterprises, admission of 200 union members
Nghe An - The Provincial Labor Federation announced the decision to establish a grassroots Trade Union, admitting 200 union members, contributing to caring for and protecting the rights of workers.
On April 6, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that it had just organized a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Minh Anh Electronics Trading and Service Co., Ltd. - Nghe An Branch (located in Minh Chau commune).
At the ceremony, 200 workers were officially admitted to the trade union organization, marking an important starting point in caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers at enterprises.
Along with that, the Provisional Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union consisting of 5 comrades has been appointed. Mr. Hoang Van Phi was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Grassroots Trade Union.
On this occasion, the Company's leaders presented 100 million VND in support for trade union activities, contributing to creating more resources to care for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
The establishment of grassroots trade unions not only contributes to building harmonious and stable labor relations but also creates motivation for workers to feel secure in their work and be attached to the business for a long time.
