Hoa Cuong Ward Trade Union, Da Nang establishes 4 new grassroots trade unions

News from Hoa Cuong Ward Trade Union, Da Nang city on April 9th said: Hoa Cuong Ward Trade Union organized a conference to announce the decision to establish grassroots trade unions and admit new trade union members.

Accordingly, authorized by the City Labor Federation, Hoa Cuong Ward Trade Union announced the decision to admit 57 workers to the Trade Union organization, and established 4 new grassroots trade unions.

The newly established grassroots trade unions include: Grassroots Trade Union of Mixel Vietnam Co., Ltd. with 18 members; Grassroots Trade Union of Toan Cau Insurance Joint Stock Company - Toan Cau Da Nang Insurance Company with 17 members; Grassroots Trade Union of 43 Trading Service Production Co., Ltd. with 6 members and Grassroots Trade Union of Viola International Aesthetic Institute Co., Ltd. with 16 members.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Phung Thi Ai Nhan - Chairwoman of Hoa Cuong Ward Trade Union affirmed the role, responsibility and necessity of trade union organizations in enterprises, and congratulated trade unions and comrades in the Executive Committee of grassroots trade unions.

Ms. Phung Thi Ai Nhan proposed that the Trade Union Executive Committee assign tasks to members, develop work programs; protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; coordinate well with business leaders in grasping thoughts and aspirations, caring for the material and spiritual life of workers, building harmonious and stable labor relations, contributing to the development of businesses.
