Mobilizing the establishment of trade unions at enterprises and non-business units in Quy Hop

On April 7, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the Quy Hop Commune Trade Union has deployed the mobilization to establish grassroots trade unions in 2 units including VESTONE Joint Stock Company and Pu Huong Nature Reserve.

At the working sessions, the working delegation disseminated basic contents on the position, role, and functions of the trade union organization. At the same time, it emphasized the significance of establishing grassroots trade unions in representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers; contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in units and businesses.

During the mobilization process, trade union officials directly exchanged and answered questions from employers and employees. In addition, the delegation also specifically guided the conditions, order, and necessary procedures to proceed to establish grassroots trade unions according to regulations.

Representatives of units expressed their agreement and highly appreciated the role of the trade union organization, and agreed to coordinate in implementing steps to establish grassroots trade unions in April 2026.

This is a practical activity to expand the network of trade union organizations, promote the strength of solidarity in the workforce, thereby contributing to promoting socio-economic development in the locality.
