Establishment of An Duong Ward Trade Union, Hai Phong with more than 2,300 union members

Hai Phong City Labor Federation announced the decision to establish An Duong Ward Trade Union; assigning grassroots trade unions, grassroots trade unions, and union members directly under Hai Phong City Labor Federation in An Duong and An Hai wards to monitor and manage (61 grassroots trade unions with 2,331 union members).

The City Labor Federation also appointed the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, positions of Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Inspection Committee of An Duong Ward Trade Union term I, term 2026-2030. Accordingly, Ms. Hoang Thi Thuan, Chairwoman of Tien Lang Commune Trade Union, was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Chairwoman of An Duong Ward Trade Union; Ms. Ninh Thi Phuong Thao, specialist of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Duong Ward, holds the position of Vice Chairwoman of the Ward Trade Union.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Chairman of Hai Phong City Labor Federation proposed that immediately after the conference, An Duong Ward Trade Union quickly stabilize its organization and develop a detailed operating plan. In which, focus on a number of key tasks such as developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions, introducing outstanding union members and masses to the Party for consideration, training, and admission... The work of caring for the lives of union members and workers goes deeper and more practically, in the immediate future, it is to organize well activities in Workers' Month 2026. Leaders of the City Labor Federation hope that leaders of An Duong and An Hai wards will create conditions for the Ward Trade Union to operate effectively and make positive contributions to the development of the locality.
