Da Nang Trade Union propagates policies and laws to 400 workers

News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on April 8th said: The City Labor Federation in coordination with the Da Nang City Social Insurance organized 2 propaganda sessions on policies and laws on social insurance (BHXH), health insurance (BHYT), unemployment insurance (BHTN) for union members and workers at Germton Industrial Co., Ltd. (Dong Que Son Industrial Park).

Attending the propaganda sessions were Mr. Nguyen Ky Vinh - Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks, Da Nang City Labor Federation; Mr. Phan Thanh Trung, Deputy Director of Thang Binh Base Social Insurance, and also a speaker at the conference.

At propaganda sessions, reporters focused on disseminating the key contents of the Law on Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance; analyzing new points and changes that workers need to pay attention to.

In addition, the program spends time directly answering questions related to regimes and policies, helping workers better understand their rights and responsibilities when participating in insurance.

Representatives of the City Labor Federation said that the activity is implemented according to the Coordination Plan No. 01/KH-LDLD-BHXH dated March 11, 2026 between the City Labor Federation and City Social Insurance, to raise awareness and equip workers with necessary legal knowledge; and at the same time promptly update new points in policies directly related to their legitimate and lawful rights and interests.

Organizing propaganda at enterprises not only contributes to improving the effectiveness of accessing information but also creates closeness, practicality, and suitability for workers' working conditions.

Through activities, contributing to raising workers' awareness of law compliance, limiting labor disputes, towards building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations, and ensuring social security in the area.
