Ca Mau organizes Conference to thoroughly grasp and disseminate the resolution of the Provincial Trade Union Congress

At the Hall of the Ca Mau Provincial Labor Federation agency on April 7, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation organized a Conference to thoroughly grasp and disseminate the Resolution of the 1st Ca Mau Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030 and information on the results of the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council (HĐND) deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term.

Attending and directing the Conference were Comrade Ngo Diem Phuc - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation; Comrade Huynh Van Dam - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation and members of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation term I, term 2025 - 2030; and Vice Chairmen of Commune and Ward Trade Unions.

Along with that are the Chairman, Vice Chairman of the grassroots trade union directly under the Provincial Labor Federation; civil servants of the Provincial Labor Federation agency; trade union officials advising professionally on organizational work, union member development work; propaganda work, legal policies and labor relations of commune and ward trade unions and grassroots trade unions directly under the Provincial Labor Federation.

Delegates listened to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation deploying and thoroughly grasping the Resolution of the 1st Ca Mau Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030 and the programs to implement the Resolution.

The conference also deployed information and propaganda on the meaning, importance and results of the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term.

Speaking at the opening of the Conference, Comrade Ngo Diem Phuc - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation emphasized that the Conference aims to widely implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Trade Union Congress with core and very important contents directly related to the functions and tasks of the trade union organization to all levels of trade unions, union members, and workers, in order to create unity in awareness and action, and soon bring the resolution into life.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation requested delegates to seriously focus and study the contents presented by the speaker; actively exchange and discuss with a truly receptive spirit, grasping the issues firmly and thoroughly.

Trade unions at all levels must show the spirit of urgency and decisiveness in deploying the study, thoroughly grasping, and organizing the implementation of the Resolution and programs to implement the Resolution; propagate and widely disseminate among officials, union members, and workers, creating trust and determination to implement with specific, effective, and practical tasks.

Each delegate can immediately implement it in the practical activities of their locality, sector, and unit, contributing to the highest efficiency of the Resolution of the 1st Ca Mau Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030 set out.
