Workers in Da Nang are propagated and have direct dialogues about social insurance regimes

The Da Nang City Labor Federation has just coordinated with the City Social Insurance to organize a conference to propagate social insurance (BHXH), health insurance (BHYT), and unemployment insurance (BHTN) policies at Celebrity Fashion Vina Co., Ltd. (a Korean-invested enterprise in Tam Thang Industrial Park, Ban Thach ward, Da Nang).

The conference attracted more than 200 union members and workers of Celebrity Fashion Vina Co., Ltd. to participate. This is the 3rd propaganda class in a series of activities directly implemented by the Da Nang City Labor Federation at the enterprise.

At the conference, the speaker conveyed the core contents of the Law on Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance, and updated new points and important regulations that workers need to understand clearly to protect their legitimate rights and interests.

The highlight of the program is the direct dialogue between reporters and union members and workers. Many questions related to sickness, maternity, unemployment insurance and problems arising during insurance participation have been answered specifically and thoroughly.

Organizing social insurance policy propaganda right at the workplace is considered a flexible and practical approach, helping to bring policies and laws closer to workers. Thereby, contributing to limiting labor disputes, raising legal awareness, thereby building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
