Accordingly, Based on the Politburo's Conclusion Notice, the Secretariat on introducing personnel for consultation to elect to participate as Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) for the term 2024 - 2029 (in Official Dispatch No. 1363-CV/VPTW dated March 31, 2026; Official Dispatch No. 617-CV/VPTW dated February 27, 2026; Official Dispatch No. 621-CV/VPTW dated February 27, 2026 of the Central Office).

Based on the number and composition of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front approved by the X National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the organization of the apparatus of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee according to the new model. In which, the Standing Committee includes: Chairman, Vice Chairman - General Secretary, full-time Vice Chairmen and Vice Chairmen who are Heads of socio-political organizations.

The Presidium submitted to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for consideration and consultation to elect personnel to participate in the Committee, Presidium and hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term X, term 2024 - 2029 for Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, central mass organizations; Ms. Le Thi Thuy, Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, central mass organizations, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Women's Union; Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Member of the Party Central Committee, Delegate of the 16th National Assembly, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, central mass organizations; Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

From the content of the Submission, 100% of the delegates attending voted to approve the content of the Submission on negotiating to elect personnel to participate in the Committee, Presidium and hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term X, term 2024 - 2029.
