Bus staff promptly support passengers with health problems

On the same day, on route 01 (Gia Lam Bus Station - Yen Nghia Bus Station) of Hanoi Bus Enterprise, a bus with license plate 29F-001. 93 departing from Gia Lam Bus Station experienced an emergency when female passenger Nguyen Thi Quyen (born in 2007, residing in Bac Ninh) suddenly showed signs of shortness of breath and fainted.

Faced with this situation, driver Nguyen Chinh Nghia and service staff Ngo Ngoc Huy quickly performed initial first aid, and at the same time took the passenger to the nearest point to promptly transfer to the Railway Hospital, then continued to transfer to Duc Giang Hospital for emergency treatment.

Here, the passenger was handed over to his family and medical team to continue monitoring and treatment.
