Cao Bang establishes 1 more grassroots trade union
Cao Bang - The grassroots trade union of Ta Lung Quang Minh Joint Stock Company was established with 72 union members.
On May 23, the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation informed that the unit had just organized a conference to announce the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Ta Lung Quang Minh Joint Stock Company.
Attending the conference were Mr. Be Dang Khoa - Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation; leaders of the Phuc Hoa Commune Party Committee; representatives of businesses and all union members and employees of the company.
At the conference, representatives of the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation on the establishment of the grassroots trade union of Ta Lung Quang Minh Joint Stock Company from May 4, 2026. The grassroots trade union currently has 72 members.
Ta Lung Quang Minh Joint Stock Company operates in the field of logistics, providing warehouse services and supporting import and export in the Ta Lung international border gate area.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Be Dang Khoa congratulated the grassroots Trade Union of Ta Lung Quang Minh Joint Stock Company on officially starting operations; and acknowledged the cooperation of the enterprise's leadership in creating conditions for employees to participate in the Trade Union organization.
The Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation requested the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union to soon develop operating regulations and work programs; proactively grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers; coordinate with businesses to take care of jobs, income, working conditions as well as ensure regimes and policies for workers.
In addition, grassroots trade unions need to promote labor production emulation movements, build professional and responsible working styles, meeting the requirements of operations in the field of logistics and border gate services.
On this occasion, the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation awarded the decision to establish and presented flowers to congratulate the Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union of Ta Lung Quang Minh Joint Stock Company.
