Establishment of the grassroots trade union of Tan Phu Two Member Co., Ltd

An Giang Provincial Labor Federation has just organized a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Tan Phu Two Member Co., Ltd. and admit Trade Union members.

At the ceremony, representatives of the Provincial Labor Federation announced the Decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Tan Phu Two Member Co., Ltd.; Decision to admit Trade Union members (with 192 members participating in activities) and appoint the Executive Committee, Provisional Inspection Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union.

The establishment of grassroots trade unions is of great significance in caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; and at the same time creating a bridge between workers and businesses, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations. This is also the foundation for effectively launching labor production emulation movements, improving productivity and quality, contributing to the sustainable development of businesses.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of Phu Tan Commune People's Committee - Giap Minh Triet, emphasized the role of the Trade Union organization in representing and caring for the material and spiritual life of workers. At the same time, he acknowledged the concern and creation of conditions by the Board of Directors of Tan Phu Two Member Limited Liability Company in the process of mobilizing the establishment of the Trade Union organization.

Speaking to congratulate at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of An Giang Provincial Labor Federation - Nguyen Nhat Tien, congratulated the grassroots Trade Union of Tan Phu Two Member Co., Ltd. on being established together with 192 workers joining the Vietnam Trade Union organization. At the same time, he requested the Provisional Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union to soon stabilize the organization, build operating regulations, and coordinate well with the Company's Board of Directors to take care of the lives of union members and workers and effectively organize emulation movements in the coming time.

Speaking to receive the assignment, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, Chairman of the Company's grassroots trade union, expressed his determination to unite, promote the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the rights of union members and workers; coordinate with the Board of Directors of the enterprise to build a stable, civilized and effective working environment.
