Giving 250 free breakfasts to support workers in difficult circumstances

On July 27, the Trade Union of Vung Tau Ward (HCMC) said that it had just organized the awarding of free breakfasts with the theme "Energy for a new day" to promote the spirit of mutual affection, care for material life and encourage union members and workers in difficult circumstances in the area.

Through this, all 250 nutritious and energy-supplementing breakfasts have been given to support workers to start an effective working day. Each meal is carefully prepared, ensuring food safety and hygiene, and handed directly to workers and laborers who are still facing many difficulties.

According to the Vung Tau Ward Trade Union, breakfast portions, although not of great value, contain the feelings, sharing, and concern of the trade union for workers. Through activities, the Vung Tau Ward Trade Union wishes to spread the message of love, arouse the spirit of solidarity and sharing in the community; and at the same time affirm the role of the Trade Union organization in caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.

In the coming time, the Vung Tau Ward Trade Union will continue to coordinate with agencies, units, businesses and philanthropists to organize and maintain practical social security activities, aiming to improve the material and spiritual life of union members and workers, contributing to building an increasingly civilized, compassionate and developed locality.
