Lao Cai Ward Trade Union listens to opinions of union members and workers
Lao Cai - Many opinions of union members and workers on regimes, policies and working conditions were answered at the trade union dialogue program.
On July 21, information from the Lao Cai Ward Trade Union, the unit just organized the program "Listening to union members and workers speak" at the grassroots Trade Union of Southeast Asia Energy Development Joint Stock Company.
At the program, union members and workers raised many opinions on regimes and policies after arranging administrative units, implementing the 2-level local government model, salaries, insurance, working conditions and solutions to improve the quality of trade union activities.
Proposals under authority have been directly answered by representatives of agencies and units.
According to the Lao Cai Ward Trade Union, the program contributes to improving the quality of dialogue, promoting the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
At the same time, strengthen the connection between trade union organizations and employees, build harmonious and stable labor relations in enterprises.
