Forum to listen to union members and workers to improve the effectiveness of trade union activities
Nghe An - The forum "Listening to union members and workers speak" creates a channel for dialogue and receiving opinions and recommendations from workers.
On July 19, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that it had just organized the Forum "Listening to union members and workers speak" in response to "Month of listening to union members and workers speak" in 2026.
At the forum, union members and workers raised many opinions and recommendations related to employment, wages, income, social insurance regimes, working conditions, welfare policies and activities of trade union organizations.
Opinions and recommendations were directly exchanged and answered at the program by representatives of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation, Provincial Social Insurance, functional agencies and business leaders, thereby helping workers better understand regulations, policies as well as contents under the jurisdiction of units.
Through the forum, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation continues to grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers to research and propose solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles; and at the same time innovate the content and methods of trade union activities in the direction of being close to the grassroots level, taking union members and workers as the center, contributing to improving the effectiveness of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
