Dong Thap: Establishment of grassroots trade union, admission of new union members in An Binh ward
Dong Thap - The Provincial Labor Federation decided to establish a new grassroots trade union at a business, admitting 9 union members.
On September 10, the Trade Union of An Binh Ward (Dong Thap province) coordinated with the Board of Directors of Khanh Hoang Kiet Co., Ltd. to organize a conference to implement the decision to admit union members and establish the grassroots Trade Union (CĐCS) of Khanh Hoang Kiet Co., Ltd.
At the conference, the An Binh Ward Trade Union announced the decision of the Dong Thap Provincial Labor Federation on admitting trade union members and the decision on establishing the grassroots trade union of Khanh Hoang Kiet Co., Ltd. Accordingly, 9 workers of the company were admitted to the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
The conference also announced the decision to appoint the Provisional Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union of Khanh Hoang Kiet One Member Limited Liability Company. The launch of the Provisional Executive Committee shows the determination to implement trade union tasks, care for and represent, and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers in the coming time.
Speaking at the conference, leaders of An Binh Ward Trade Union oriented activities for grassroots trade unions in the coming time; and at the same time requested the Provisional Executive Committee to proactively develop an operating program suitable to the actual situation of the enterprise, effectively performing the role of bridge between employees and employers, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
Representatives of the Company's Board of Directors also spoke at the conference, showing the coordination in the operation of the trade union organization at the enterprise. On behalf of the Provisional Executive Committee, Chairman of the Company's Grassroots Trade Union Nguyen Kieu Anh received the orientational opinions of the Ward Trade Union and the Company's Board of Directors.
The establishment of the grassroots trade union of Khanh Hoang Kiet Co., Ltd. marks a new step in the work of gathering and uniting workers into the Vietnam Trade Union organization; creating a basis for deploying activities to care for, represent, and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers, while contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations at the enterprise.
