Establishment of 2 grassroots trade unions at businesses in Da Nang
Da Nang established 2 new grassroots trade unions in enterprises in Thang An commune, admitting 43 workers to the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
On September 3, Thang An Commune Trade Union said - it has just announced decisions to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Plastic One-Ty Green Supplies Co., Ltd. and the grassroots Trade Union of Medical Clinic Co., Ltd. - An Thanh General Clinic (both located in Thang An commune)
On this occasion, 43 workers working at two enterprises were admitted to the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
According to Thang An Commune Trade Union, the establishment of more grassroots trade unions contributes to gathering workers, increasing the ability to care for, represent and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members. This is also a bridge between workers and businesses, towards building harmonious and stable labor relations.
The two businesses were also requested to create conditions for grassroots trade unions to operate, coordinate to fully implement policies, take care of the material and spiritual lives of workers, contributing to building a stable working environment and sustainable business development.
