Spreading emulation movement towards the 80th anniversary of Thanh Hoa Trade Union
Thanh Hoa - The emulation movement at Quang Phu Ward Trade Union is being implemented practically, spreading the spirit of creativity, towards the 80th anniversary of Thanh Hoa Trade Union.
On September 28, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) said that the Standing Committee of the Provincial LĐLĐ had just had a working session with the Quang Phu Ward Trade Union to assess the progress of the peak emulation period to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the Thanh Hoa Trade Union (October 10, 1946 - October 10, 2026).
Over the past time, Quang Phu Ward Trade Union has developed plans and implemented emulation contents, focusing on developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions, introducing outstanding union members to the Party, promoting initiatives and building model grassroots trade unions.
The highlight is the model "One union member, one creative idea". To date, 17 ideas have been recognized and put into application, making a profit of more than 3 billion VND, contributing to promoting the creative spirit of union members and workers.
Besides the achieved results, Quang Phu Ward Trade Union also faced difficulties in developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions at enterprises and concretizing emulation movements into projects, tasks, and initiatives with specific products.
Speaking at the working session, Ms. Trinh Thi Hoa - Vice Chairwoman of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation - acknowledged the results of Quang Phu Ward Trade Union; and at the same time requested the unit to review the targets, focus on completing the contents that are still slow, and select projects, tasks, and initiatives with clear effectiveness.
Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation proposed that the Ward Trade Union continue to promote union member development, establish grassroots trade unions, promote creative models and complete evidence dossiers, ensuring that the emulation movement brings about substantive changes, associated with caring for, representing, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
