Dak Lak Trade Union emulation to contribute to growth goals
Dak Lak - The Provincial Trade Union deploys emulation among union members and workers to contribute to agencies, units, and businesses to complete the set growth targets.
On September 6, the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation informed that the unit had just requested commune and ward trade unions to deploy the emulation movement "Determined to successfully implement the goal of sustainable double-digit growth in the period 2026 - 2030" in the province.
Accordingly, trade union levels propagate and mobilize union members, workers and trade union officials to strive to implement the socio-economic development goals of the province, agencies, units, and enterprises, associated with the goal of sustainable "double-digit" growth.
Thereby, arousing the aspiration for development, the spirit of self-reliance, self-strengthening, and the will to rise up; encouraging legitimate enrichment, actively participating in production, business, startups, innovation, digital transformation and green transformation.
Trade unions at all levels are required to promote patriotic emulation movements, contributing to completing the political tasks of agencies and units and promoting production and business of enterprises.
A noteworthy task is to promote the role of the Trade Union organization in site clearance to serve key projects and projects.
Trade union levels will propagate and mobilize union members to comply with guidelines, policies, and laws, especially regulations on land, compensation, support, and resettlement; proactively grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers, civil servants, and laborers in the project implementation area.
The emulation movement is also required to be concretized into targets and tasks according to the "6 clear" motto: Clear people, clear tasks, clear time, clear responsibilities, clear products and clear authority.
The results of implementing socio-economic development goals and targets will be the basis for evaluating the results of the movement.
Mr. Nguyen Phu Lap - Vice Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation informed that the provincial trade union requests grassroots levels to discover, nurture, commend and replicate models, typical examples, creative and effective ways of doing things; promptly propose rewards for typical collectives and individuals.
