Vinh Long - Vinh Long Trade Union organizes a pilot conference to deploy the emulation movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income", phase 2026 - 2031.
On August 27, the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) solemnly organized a Conference to guide, deploy and sign the implementation of the emulation movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income" for the period 2026 - 2031, a highlight of the Emulation Cluster of the Southern Provincial Labor Federations.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Phuc Linh - Chairman of Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation - emphasized the emulation movement to create breakthroughs, improve productivity, quality and income of workers.
He proposed that trade union levels coordinate with businesses to quantify targets, accompany workers in innovation and creativity, contributing to improving the lives of union members and promoting production.
Speaking to direct, Mr. Lu Cong Tao - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Vinh Long Provincial People's Committee - praised the Provincial Labor Federation for proactively concretizing policies and linking movements with reality.
He proposed that Party committees, authorities and businesses create conditions for technological innovation, link emulation with GRDP growth, improve productivity, and move towards sustainable development.
At the same time, the parties need to focus on improving salaries, bonuses and benefits, ensuring that workers enjoy the fruits of the process of improving productivity and production efficiency.
At the conference, the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation awarded the Medal "For the cause of building the Vietnam Trade Union organization" to 10 individuals who have made many contributions to trade union activities.
On this occasion, 44 individuals with outstanding achievements were awarded the Creative Labor Certificate of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; The Organizing Committee also presented 60 gifts to support union members in difficult circumstances.
The conference also witnessed the signing ceremony of a coordination program to implement the emulation movement between the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of 12 typical enterprises.
The units committed to promoting propaganda, striving to increase productivity, reduce waste products, improve production efficiency, and improve income and living standards for workers.
